The e-mail also threatens that if innocent Muslims are arrested then Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai will see bloodbath on the streets.
The e-mail also claims one Guru-al-Hindi is behind all the recent serial blasts, including the Varanasi and Faizabad court bombings in Uttar Pradesh in 2007.
It also says the blasts were to warn the world, United States of America and Britaina and has asked India to stop supporting US in the international arena.
It also warns western tourists against traveling to India.
