CHITTOOR: Union minister Dasari Narayana Rao's daughter-in-law Dasari Susheela alleged that her husband Dasari Taraka Hari Hara Prabhu was kidnapped by some unidentified persons here on Tuesday evening. Susheela lodged a complaint in the Chittoor I Town police station saying that her husband was kidnapped by some unidentified persons from their room in PVC lodge at Seshapuram around 7 pm. Susheela, who lodged the complaint at 8 pm, also said the 'kidnappers' took away some gold ornaments and money from them. Police are tightlipped on the case, saying the investigation is on. "We cannot come to any conclusion at this juncture as to who is behind the kidnap. We are investigating the matter", a senior police official told 'TOI.' Sources close to the family said Prabhu came along with his wife to Chittoor a couple of days ago to attend the cremation of their kin who was killed in an accident recently. Susheela had lodged a complaint against the Dasari family of dowry harassment last year. Sources said during the past few years, the relationship between the couple has soured and they used to quarrel quite often.
